battle of the mind
Sometimes your spirit is just troubled and you fail to point what is really wrong with you. in Your christian journey you might find yourself in places which you never thought you would be or facing challenges which you never thought you would encounter. This might just demotivate you to pray, make you lose hope or crush your spirit. The bible indicates that in Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places". From experience I had a time when i have been struggling with my thoughts. There were things going through my mind that I knew could not have possibly come from God. Yet I was powerless to stop them. It got so bad that I had to distance myself inexplicably from individuals to avoid possible confrontations.The first day it felt as if I had lost total control of my mind. By day two, I literally had to shake my head to
